CoderToDecoder provides personalised career coaching services for software professionals, including but not limited to profile optimisation, interview preparation, and career growth guidance. Services are delivered via online sessions.
Payment is required before or at the commencement of coaching sessions. We accept payments in INR (for India-based clients) and USD (for international clients) via supported payment gateways.
All clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout their engagement with CoderToDecoder. Violations of this standard may result in immediate termination of the coaching relationship without refund.
Coaching outcomes depend on the client's own actions, effort, and commitment. CoderToDecoder does not guarantee specific results, job offers, promotions, or salary increases.
All materials, frameworks, and content shared during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of CoderToDecoder and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
No automatic session reminders are provided. Clients are responsible for managing their own session schedules.
In the event of a dispute, direct communication is encouraged as the first step toward resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
CoderToDecoder reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
